• Support Dr. Eric Byrne as interim superintendent for the 2025 - 2026 school year

• Work effectively with School Leadership, LLC, an executive search firm, to conduct a permanent superintendent search

Budget Responsibly

• Invest strategically in education

• Evaluate existing practices for efficiency and effectiveness

• Deliver a robust academic and extra-curricular experience for every student

Implementation of New Early Literacy Program

• Ensure successful kick-off of HMH Into Reading, K-3

• Evaluate literacy curriculum and skills in grades 4-5 and 6-12

Improve Communication & Culture

• Build trust and strengthen connections

• Complete Board of Ed Member Handbook

• Support recruitment and retention of teachers​

Foster Innovation​

• Identify and develop student-centered programs for unmet needs

• Expand the sustainable kitchen initiative
